These classes are designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced practitioners of yoga. Our small class sizes offer you individualized instruction and modifications for your level.
Our evening flow class is designed for yoga practitioners of all levels and will promote a sense of relaxation and calm after a busy day. Yoga has been shown to help restore sleep while also promoting improved flexibility, circulation, strength, and focus. The small class size allow our instructor to provide individualized attention and modifications as needed.
