Outpatient Physical Therapy

Our primary area of service is outpatient physical therapy. This includes common diagnoses of back and neck pain, as well as shoulder, hip, knee, and other joint pain. We treat people of all ages. Women’s Health Services

We are specially trained to treat problems unique to women. Common diagnoses for women's health problems we can treat are listed here. We understand the sensitive nature of these problems and treat with the privacy, respect, and dignity you deserve. Let us help you overcome these issues and improve your quality of life.

Pregnancy Plan

Designed for women who want to experience a healthy, pain free pregnancy. This plan includes: a full assessment of posture, body mechanics, and core and pelvic strength; 2 visits each month with a 30 minute massage; educational materials about how your body changes during pregnancy; and lots of safe and effective exercises to perform during pregnancy and after to help you enjoy a pain free pregnancy and post delivery recovery.

Wellness Program

Designed for healthy clients, this assessment provides the information to help you set and reach your health and fitness goals. Goals may be for weight loss, improving flexibility, improving posture, increasing strength, reducing risk of injury, or improving balance. The assessment identifies areas of weakness or imbalance that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. A tailored exercise program is designed to help you achieve the changes you want!

Workplace Evaluation

If you own or represent a business, we would love to talk to you about performing a workplace evaluation for your employees. Our expert works with you to make recommendations regarding reducing workplace injuries and improving employee health. We come to your business, spend time with you and your employees, and assess the work areas. After our visit, we provide a customized report detailing our findings and provide recommendations for simple improvements to reduce the risk to your workers.
